3rd World Congress on Virology from Nov 20-22, 2013 in Balimore, USA.

LOS ANGELES, CA, USA, July 29, 2013 / -- Viruses can be analyzed according to certain parameters. Virology is the analysis of viruses and virus-like agents: their framework, category and progress, their ways to infect and manipulate tissues for virus reproduction, the diseases caused and the methods of culture or separation. The study of virology also focuses on various types of antigens and its inflictions on blood.

The form and structure of viruses is usually analyzed by electron microscopy, NMR spectroscopy, and X-ray crystallography. High mutation rates and viral replication usually result in the virus’ lasting in most of the infected people. Viruses are said to have originated from self-reproducing RNA ribozymes as in other multiplying multi-cellular organisms, and have shown growth and survival in various forms of habitats including air and water.

OMICS Group Inc. is conceited to announce the 3rd World Congress on Virology that is going to be held during Nov 20-22, 2013 at DoubleTree by Hilton Baltimore-BWI Airport, USA. OMICS Group Inc. strives to serve the scientific community through publishing open access journals and by organizing scientific conferences all over the world. With the same objective OMICS Group is going to organize 3rd World Congress on Virology having a theme “Exploring Novel Approaches in Virology”.

The previous two conferences on Virology, which were held at Embassy Suites Las Vegas, USA and Baltimore, USA have explained Novel Therapeutic Strategies in Virology.

Dr. Pawel Ciborowski, University of Nebraska Medical Center, USA Dr. Subhash Dhawan, Food and Drug Administration, USA and Dr. Harold C. Smith, University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry, USA were part of the 1st Conference and Exhibition on Virology at BWI Airport Marriott, USA during 5-7 September 2011. The conference benefited from a series of keynote addresses by well-known speakers. Over 200 delegates took the opportunity to meet with their peers to share knowledge and experiences.

OMICS Group hosted the 2nd World Conference on Virology during August 20-22, 2012 at Embassy Suites, Las Vegas, USA, received massive response that witnessed active participation from scientists, researchers and leaders from industries, government organizations and students. The response to Virology-2012 was largely positive as about 200 delegates representing 25 countries from different parts of the world. Several ancillary speakers and company representatives also supported the conference by facilitating various discussion forums.

Some of the notable speakers taking part in the event include:
• Marc H.V. Van Regenmortel, Biotechnology School of the University of Strasbourg, France
• Dimiter Dimitrov, NIH, USA
• Jim Tartaglia, Sanofi Pasteur, USA
• Jose Esparza, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, USA
• Hua Zhu, UMDNJ-New Jersey Medical School, USA

The event includes the following scheduled tracks:

1. General Viral Science
2. Viral Breakout: Prevention and Measures
3. Human Viral Diseases Affecting Afro-Asian Continents
4. HIV and Other Retroviral Diseases Affecting Afro-Asian Continents
5. Organ Specific Cancers and Tumour Virology
6. Respiratory and Vector Borne Diseases
7. Therapeutic Approaches and Targets for Viral Infections
8. Viral Hepatitis
9. Viral Immunology
10. Neurological Infections Associated with Viruses
11. Agriculture and Plant Virology
12. Animal Viruses
13. Bacteriophages
14. Recent Advances in Drug Discovery
15. Current Focus in Virology Research

The 3rd World Congress on Virology which will be held in Baltimore, USA during Nov 20-22, 2013 is expected to reach beyond the expectations. The Organizing committee is chaired by Dr. Marc Van Regenmortel Emeritus Director (CNRS), France.

Virology-2013 Workshop on HIV Vaccine
Upcoming Virology-2013 would also witness a dedicated Workshop on the type of HIV vaccine research needs to be promoted, that is to be addressed by Dimiter S Dimitrov, National Institutes of Health, USA, and Marc Van Regemortel, emeritus director, (CNRS), France. An exclusive panel on nanomedicines in virology is also scheduled to convene itself. With three days of proceedings, the event also features addresses by keynote forum members, apart from fellow speakers.
